Run and Bike

I did not realize the important of fitness until I turned off my carrier at the bench in labs and changed to computer work at the table in January 2007. At that time point I was weighting over 85 kilograms, had bad eating habits with much meat and oily meals.

Since then however I acquire myself with love for regular sport, fitness and balanced life. Now I jog 5~6 days a week  for 6 kilometers, attend fitness studio once or twice, and control the calory intake. Since then I have lost lost about 20 kilos and enjoyed my healthy life.
